When you purchase an API key, we collect your email address (provided during Stripe checkout). This is used solely to associate your API key with your account and to enable key recovery.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, billing addresses, or any payment details on our servers. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle payment data.
We log API requests (timestamp, endpoint called) for rate limiting and abuse prevention. We do not log the content of your character descriptions or constraint outputs.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. Your email is stored in our database and shared with no one.
Your email and API key are retained indefinitely to allow key recovery. You may request deletion by emailing hello@fiveengine.dev.
API keys are stored securely. All communication with the FIVE API is encrypted via HTTPS.
