FIVE is a character consistency engine that generates constraint JSON files via API. By purchasing an API key, you agree to these terms.
API keys are digital products delivered instantly upon payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. No refunds or cancellations are available after purchase.
Each API key has a limited number of generations. You are responsible for keeping your API key secure. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your key.
The constraint JSON files generated by the API are yours. You may use, modify, and distribute them freely, including for commercial purposes.
You agree not to abuse the API through automated attacks, reverse engineering of the engine, or reselling generated outputs as a competing service.
FIVE is provided "as is" without warranty. The operator is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the API after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
